Marianas Geotech Services, LLC (MGS) is a locally owned and operated consulting civil engineering firm specializing in geotechnical engineering, subsurface exploration, and construction materials testing operating in the CNMI and Guam. MGS is a CNMI licensed well driller (No. 06-WD-LIC-2021) and a certified HUBZone small business concern that offers a wide array of geotechnical and environmental services to support the design and construction industry in the CNMI, Guam, and surrounding Micronesian region.
MGS is managed by James W. K. Ripple, a registered Professional Engineer in the CNMI, Guam, and California. MGS is supported by engineers, ACI-certified engineering technicians, drilling staff, administrative staff, and various equipment subcontractors. We currently operate three (3) accredited construction materials testing laboratories (A2LA Certification Number 5268.01) located in Saipan, Tinian, and Guam.
Since opening in 2016, MGS has been involved in numerous private and public developments ranging from high-rise residential structures to capital improvement projects throughout the region. We are committed to providing our clients with high-quality services and solutions to keep their projects moving forward.
